How to Find Your Machine ID

To get started with our applications, we need your unique Machine ID to create your license key. Follow the simple steps for your computer type below.

For Windows Users

  1. Click the Start button (the Windows logo at the bottom of your screen).

  2. Type the letters cmd and press the Enter key on your keyboard. A black window will pop up.

  3. Type (or copy and paste) the following line into that black window:

    wmic bios get serialnumber
  4. Press Enter. Your ID will appear directly below that line.

For Mac Users

  1. Click the Apple icon () in the top-left corner of your screen.

  2. Select About This Mac from the menu.

  3. A small window will appear. Look for the line that says Serial Number.

  4. Highlight that code, copy it, and paste it into the form.
